1. Structure: R. C. C. framed structure as per Municipal approved design after
Piling base treatment.
2. Wall :Outside main walls will be 5" thick, on cantilever wall will be 5" thick,
partition wall will be 5" thick as required.
3. Floor :All floors of bed rooms, dining cum drawing room, verandah, kitchen and
toilet will be Victified Tiles ( Size 4x2 ) flooring with skirting 4”.
4. Kitchen : Kitchen table top will be made of 2' ft. wide black stone marble with
Granite finished, ceramic tiles will be fitted on back side wall of table and
sink upto a height of 3' ft. from table level. One sink and two bib and one
Aluminum bar will be provided.
5. Toilet: One in number, fitted with English Commode. Glazed tiles will be fixed up
to 6.5' height from skirting level in the toilet. One shower will be provided in
each toilet alongwith suitable and matching bathroom fittings.
6. DOORS. All door will be flush door. All frames will be sal wood. Main door will be
Designer flush door.
7. WINDOWS. All windows are UPVC sliding with grill and glass fittings. BALCONY.
Should be half grilled.

9. We will provide best quality electrical materials, wire – Mescab, Anchor Modular switches
& LNT MCB
i) One (1) A.C. Point shall be provided free of cost in any one of the room.
ii) One (1) Geyser & Washing Machine Point shall also be provided free of cost.
10. Water Supply & Plumbing:
The building shall be provided with an overhead water tank, and water shall be supplied through good quality PVC pipeline with pump and motor We have already provided Municipal Water Supply in this building
Wall Finishing & Painting:
Interior walls shall be finished with wall putty. Exterior walls shall be finished with weather-proof exterior grade paint (Asian Paint Weather coat).
